The Challenge

Connecting 60,000 web pages across 20+ domains

Project Context

Over the last decade, Salesforce has expanded rapidly.
The business produces and maintains thousands of pages spread across multiple domains, many with
one-off navigational structures. The result of this is a fragmented experience for users and a backend headache for Salesforce teams.

In 2021 Salesforce partnered with Fantasy to overhaul their entire digital experience. Core to this initiative was the design of a new navigation system. We were challenged to "find a way to connect our entire ecosystem." Over 2+ years we operated as an embedded team to design and deliver this vision.
