Project Context
The Microsoft Reimagine Design System was initially created to power the front-end design and user experience for Microsoft Cloud. It began with a refreshed design language and grew into a robust design system: pre-built, reusable assets, components, patterns, and guidelines.
Our goal was to build a system that offered a lot of design flexibility, giving design teams the power to create compelling visual design and storytelling experiences while maintaining a high level of consistency. It is now being extended to ultimately power all of Microsoft.com webpages.
