Shopping for software can be challenging. Customers looking for plans on Microsoft.com struggled to understand pricing structure, product features, and value to their business.
Our goal was to create a better way to shop for software. The strategy was simple: strip away the clutter, introduce clear, transparent pricing, and leverage AI to create an assistant that can customize specific software plans to meet customers' needs.
